We  are reaching out to you with an urgent and heartfelt appeal concerning a young boy named Verrivel S M, studying in the 4th standard.

In the midst of the ongoing pandemic, Verrivel faced a severe health challenge when he fell victim to high fever. Tragically, this illness resulted in the loss of his hearing ability, significantly impacting his quality of life and education. The doctors at Manipal Hospital have recommended that Verrivel urgently requires a hearing aid to restore his sense of hearing.

Verrivel's parents, who work diligently as housekeeping staff, are facing an overwhelming financial burden to afford the necessary hearing aid for their beloved child. The cost of the hearing aid is ₹25,000 (twenty-five thousand Indian Rupees), an amount that exceeds their means.

At Uthishta, we firmly believe that every child deserves the chance to lead a fulfilling life and receive an education unhindered by physical challenges. We are committed to supporting Verrivel and his family during this difficult time.
