A brief Introduction of Swami Chidananda Puri:

Swami Chidananda Puri is a visiting Professor of Sanathana Dharma Peethom, Chair for Sanathana Dharma Studies and Research, University of Calicut and heads the Kerala Marga Darsaka Mandal. He is also a member of Kendriya Marga Darshaka Mandal. He has authored many books including interpretations of Sankara Bhashya, Vedas etc.He has a thorough knowledge of everything related to Dharma with an indepth knowledge of all Sastras and Vedas.He received Siksha under the tutelage of Guru Swami Vimalananda Puri Maharaj, Madhavanandashramam, Mehamadabad, Gujarat and was initiated to the order of sanyas (Dheeksha) by Guru Mahamandaleswar Swami Vidyananda Giriji Maharaj, Kailasa Ashrama, Rishikesh in the year 1989.His splendour has reached out to many other nations too. Thousands of speeches, discussions and open forums conducted worldwide shows his vivid and profound knowledge in Sanathana Dharma and his indefatigable efforts to awaken our nation and the world.
